He communicated with me professionally before agreeing to do the job, answering any messages left in a timely manner, and he arrived on the job as promised when he said he would. Once he began the job he didn't stop until the job was completed. Also, when he finished, he swept up the area on the street where the load of dirt had been dumped, leaving only a trace of evidence of any dirt being there.
