The ignition on my furnace went out in the winter and they were able to get here in 20 minutes and fixed it within an hour. For an emergency service, their price was very reasonable. And I was happy with their overall service.

Went great. Found out our problem was our thermostat instead of our furnace.It was kicking our furnace on instead of our heat pump.

They came on New Years Eve and everything was closed that day. They had the part on hand and put the part back in. They didn't try to oversell me and performed the service with a little bit more money.

Smoothly- we knew the TXV valve was bad for awhile. Alaska HVAC sent us a quote and called us when the part was in(it took awhile as it had to be ordered from the manufacturer).Since we'd been using them for our geothermal needs we decided to use them again since they knew our system, and what service they had already done. We then made an appointment and they came out and installed it in a timely professional manner.
