We cannot give this company higher ratings. They did an excellent job and Eric is one of the most honest, hardworking, and knowledgable owner/ operators you will ever meet. He is there on the job insuring quality control. We think very highly of him and his company.

This is the second time I used Morrow Roofing.  Erick is really the best in his field.  He walked me through all of our options and answered every follow up question whether it was via email or telephone.  The thing I like the most about it is that he explains things thoroughly but in a way that anyone could understand.  Communication was excellent, even when he ended up in the hospital for a couple days.  His suggestion to spend a little more money to get a true commercial style roof was spot on.  All of his employees were professional and I've never found a single bit of construction material in the yard. 
I highly recommend Morrow Roofing. 

Erick and his team did an AWESOME job on our roof!  We really liked was that Erick was on the jobsite every day, and tailored the amount of crew he had at the house each day.  As a business owner, he really cares about his crew and his company, and it shows in his character and work ethic.  Out of all the estimates we got for the roof, he was the only one that noticed the small roof on the bay window in the kitchen and asked if we wanted it done too (and it looks GREAT).  We were concerned about our flat roof in regards to the condition of the decking and how to vent it properly.  They ended up replacing almost all of the decking (which didn't cost as much as we thought it would) and used a new venting system made for flat roofs that resists backflow of snow and rain (and critters), which is ideal because the house doesn't have an attic.  We appreciated that Erick made decisions/recommendations based on years of experience and what works (and looks) best for the uniqueness of each house.  As a plus, they have their own dumpster box, so that was gone on the day that they completed the job.  We highly recommend Erick and his team - the competitive pricing, quality workmenship, attention to details, professionalism, honesty, and integrity we got in return exceeded our expectations!

Erik Morrow is a true professional, from his initial visit and estimate to the final walk around . We were very pleased with the quality of work and the conduct of his crew. Erik was onsite everyday of the project. He even came back after the job was finished to fix something he saw wrong on the final walk around. We would most certainly use Morrow Roofing in the future.

This company did great, professional work. 

Morrow roofing did a nice job. Their bid was very competitive. Eric was very thorough, Workers worked hard, got done with a tear-off and reroof in one day. The crew had a couple guys on cleanup who did a nice job. Missed some stuff, but got 99% of it. I waited to give a review until we had a chance to see how the roof held up over a couple seasons. It didn't seal immediately (these were architectural shingles), so I was worried how it would do over the winter. Eric assured me we wouldn't have any problems, and we didn't. Spring rains, and summer heat, and now the roof has sealed well, all shingles lie flat. No problems after the big wind storm that tore through Lake County, so I guess we have a good roof. Top notch. Absolutely wonderful. The owner himself came out and he was so nice. He came out the same day we called, and so did the workers. I couldn't believe the value of the work. It was wonderful.

We contacted Morrow's Roofing Company for an estimate to get our roof fixed, they were very responsive to our call about an estimate, but after receiving multiple estimates from other companies we decided to go with another company that was a little more affordable. If we have any future roofing needs we will again see if they would be willing to give us another estimate.

We are very happy with the company's policy of follow up on it's work without charge. Their representative came to our house to inspect the roof and told us he did not recommend any fireproofing or staining and offered to bring a crew out to our house and repair all the damaged shakes, which they did to our satisfaction on November 29th, 2007, at no charge. We were also pleased that they did not leave any shingles on our lawn after they completed their work.

Erik and his wife were very friendly and nice to deal with. The work was done neatly and in the time promised. There was some damage done to a gutter, but Erik arranged for professional repairs to be made very quickly. The only downside to dealing with this very small company would be that frequently there is no one available in the office to answer the phone, so you end up leaving a message and waiting for a return call. They always returned our calls though.
