Description of Work: Fred Schall came with a crew of 2 to plant grass seed to the parts of my lawn that were damaged by grub worms. They raked up some of the dead grass (not all), put some black dirt down , then the grass seed. Covered it with hay. It is very difficult to see any new grass because of the straw. I watered the lawn every day for a couple hours. This went on for 2 or 3 weeks. Then, a friend & I raked up the straw. Fred Schall had told me the straw comes up when the moving is done -- bad advise - the straw would clog up the chute to the lawn mower ( I was told that before mowing). When most of the straw was raked up, I could see the spots that were missed. I called Fred Schall & told him some damaged spots were missed. He came & looked, threw some grass seed down (no preparation). I watered every day & my lawn continued to look bad. Fred Schall said he will come by in a couple weeks - I never heard from him again. His knowledge was poor, his service was poor. I would never recommend him to anyone. I have been at this address for more than 40 years & my lawn has never looked this bad.
