Very well.

Terrible. From the fist day Lance came, he had an edge which I knew right there I shouldn't use him, but he came recommended so I did. He stated that he wanted us to remove all the furniture and plastic the cabinets and fireplace. The day he sanded the floor, he moved the refrigerator which I helped him move into the dining room with a appliance mover. There was a strap across the top and bottom door. When he bid the job he told my wife and I that he would replace any base shoe that was bad and two coats of urethane would be applied to the stain. After the job was completed, and the refrigerator was back in place, we noticed scratches on the door. This was a brand new GE stainless steel frige, and when he moved it back into place, he crimped the water line under it. Needless to say, we were not happy. He hadn't replaced the base shoes that were bad, as a matter of fact, he cracked one in half and just nailed it back in place, and I don't think we got two coats of urethane. We are not living in the house so we were not there when the work was done. Lance refused to do anything about the door and denied doing any damage. I called GE and they told me a new door with installation would be about $750.00. We also had to call him back to re tuck carpet where it met the hardwood in the entry, as he left a gap.I sent him a check minus the $750.00 for the new door, and told him I would be happy to send him the balance when he paid for a new door. He also billed me $85.00 for moving the refrigerator which I did get him to drop. Upon receiving my check, he turned



me over to his lawyer and threated to place a lein on the house for $750.00. As we are selling the house, against my better judgement I paid the $750.00. It would have cost more than that with lawyer and court fee's. The only thing I can take recourse in is advising people not to use him.

We used Cenni and Ambrose to install hardwood floors and all tile and carpeting throughout our home when it was built 20 years ago. We were extremely pleased with all aspects of their work and have had Jim Ambrose complete all flooring work throughout the years. Several years ago he installed heated tile floors in our master bath and we have been very happy with it. Most recently, Jim provided us with a bid to completely replace carpeting throughout two stories of our home. The bid process was flawless and the installers did an excellent job. Once again, we are extremely happy with the quality of workmanship and highly recommend Jim Ambrose for any flooring needs.

They removed the old hearth and old tiles around the fireplace and replaced any damaged drywall. Installed the stone slabs for the hearth and around the fireplace

They removed all the old tiles from around the fireplace and repaired the wall. We even had them to repair other bad places in the drywall. We were very pleased with their work.

Lance is a flooring rock star! We decided, on very short notice, to have new vinyl flooring put down in 2 bathrooms as part of a minor cosmetic remodel. Lance worked with our schedule and went out of his way to get the project done in our time frame. He even had some overstock flooring on-hand that worked perfectly for our application, helping our schedule even further! He couldn't have been nicer and did a WONDERFUL job on the installation. Fast, efficient and professional. A great experience!
