Initially, he was very gung-ho about the project. He brought different people to help him each time that he came and was very pushy about getting paid in cash. The fence is not perfectly square, with the panel closest to the gate not in line with those that precede it. He didn't measure perfectly and had to screw 2"x4"s into several of the 4"x4" posts to make it possible to screw the panels in. Angel did not come with all of the tools that he needed and had to borrow some. He broke a hammer and then hid it the garage instead of admitting that he broke the handle in half. Initially, he said that he would provide the deck screws, but then said that he couldn't get them and he stole a pound of them that weren't used. When the panels were installed last Sunday, Angel that he would come back to cut the posts down to the city required six-foot height, insisted the he be paid the balance, but he still has not returned to complete the work. The phone numbers for him are for other relatives, it would appear, who do not return messages. When he's hungry for money, he responds to e-mails, otherwise, it is near impossible to get in touch with him.
Description of Work: He tore down seven fence panels and posts and put up new ones at a friend's house.
