Quinn came to our house and assessed our situation for needed electrical repairs. He stated that he would return on July 6th and do the work that he had discussed and was approved by us. He did not give us a written estimate but made a verbal contract with us. On July 6th, he didn't show up, nor did he call to explain why. Our phone calls to the business reached an answering service, and our calls were not returned. They have a large ad in the Sugar Grove telephone directory under Electrial Repairs.
