They were punctual for the job and explained in detail the process of the job. They do the job themselves and do not outsource. The person seemed very knowledgeable and accurate. He also did some electrical work for the deck and never charged us for the same, except the material cost. They were very reasonably priced. I liked their services and will use them in future.

I contacted the owner Chris Whisenant for an estimate. He was on time and very professional. In addition to mapping out the size of deck I had in mind, he had with him photos of previous jobs that assisted me greatly with my decision. Chris told me I would have a quote back within 4 days and actually received it back in 3 days. I had additional questions and had asked if he could please come back out a second time and he did. I had a total of 5 quotes from various companies. However, I felt very confident in meeting with Chris and his ability in building a deck that was exactly what I wanted. He gave me specific dates and time lines of when the work would be started and completed. He gave me payment options that met both of our needs. In less than a week, I had my deck built and was very satisfied. The deck exceeded my expectations... Chris and his crew cleaned up very well and even did a follow up visit to ensure that I was completely satisfied.
