It went perfect. They're always willing to go the extra mile for my husband because we use them so much. Price was reasonable, staff was professional, work is quality work.

I went into Tuffy to have my oil changed and the mechanic spotted a leak. He called his manager who agreed with him that I had a leak. The manger called me into the shop to show me where the leak was. He asked if I had an extended warranty on the vehicle and when I said yes he said that I should take my car to the dealership and show them the oil leak. He then had his mechanic put the shield back on leaving the oil there. No charge for the 1/2 hour they took with me and my car. I was very impressed that they didn't just wipe up the oil that had spilled and changed the oil like other places have done in the past. I would highly recommend this place for its honesty, looking out for me and for going above and beyond.

I go to Tuffy all the time to get my car serviced/inspected. The last time I took my car there I got a tune up and some other miscellaneous things I needed. They informed me I would be needing new brakes soon and gave me the option of either getting them while I was getting the rest of the work or later. They explained that is was not an emergency but I should bet new brakes soon. Every time I go there they inspect my car, let me know what is wrong w/it, what needs to be done immediately and what can wait. They never try to make you purchase items you don't need like other service providers. They are locally owned, Brandon (I think that's the owner), very professional, business is clean and you will get the same quote and information from any of the employees that will match with another employee gave you at the shop. They don't hassle you, nice waiting area w/complimentary snacks and drinks. I've been going there since 2008. Excellent place!!!.
