I live in the country and I have two dogs and a husband who won't take his shoes off. Two years ago, I thought I was going to have to have new carpeting installed, I called Terry and when he got done it looked brand new. I have him come every June.

The carpet was pretty bad.  Since you have to cross the carpeting to get to the kitchen from the front door there was a terribly soiled  traffic pattern in that area.  Not to mention the carpeting was almost white.  I thought for sure it would need to be replaced  but thought I would give Terry a go at it.  He had done work for me in the past and I was always super impressed with the results.  As usual, the carpet looked like brand new and even the traffic pattern was gone!  I couldn't believe it!  He may be a little bit more pricey than other companies but I figured he saved me thousands since I didn't need to replace the carpet.  The Roto-Vac system
( in my opinion) is the only way to go!!  And Terry is the best at what he does!!

.Terry arrived right on schedule. I explained some areas of concern (pet stains from dogsitting, burn marks, etc.) and he set up and went to work. My wife and I spent the time in the kitchen (about three hours).  He explained what he had done and how long it would take for everything to be dry and ready to use. He then packed up and left. After he was gone, you would not know he had been there except for the superb condition of the carpeting and furniture. I am not exaggerating when I say that our seven year old carpeting looked as good as it did the day we moved in. We had used other carpet cleaners before, but they hadn't come close. When I checked the areas that had the cigarette burns, they were virtually undetectable. I'm not sure HOW he accomplished that. We were completely thrilled with the results, having never expected what we got. The value we received for the money we spent was outstanding. We are planning to call him again this spring. I won't ever use anybody else as long as Terry is in business.

Terry arrived exactly on time. He set up and went to work immediately. He is thoroughly professional and answers all questions directly. The carpet had not been cleaned in two years and had some bad traffic areas and many spots from my son's dog and our grandkids. There were also several very noticeable burn holes in the loft. It was in bad shape. When he was through, we had a NEW carpet. It was incredible. He even got up some stains that I was convinced were permanent. And most of the burn holes are GONE. Of course, if you know where they were, you can still find a hole, but there is no sign of the charred and melted fiber, so they are virtually invisible. I had tried everything to achieve that result, with no luck. And the previous professional cleaning, with steam, didn't do a thing. We are especially impressed by the pile, which has come back to its original fullness. This was by far the best cleaning any carpet I've ever owned has had. The sofa and love seat were pretty beat up, too. But now they look pretty close to what they looked like 16 years ago, when we bought them. Impressive. When he was finished and left, the only way you could tell he was there was by the clean carpet. No mess at all. All told, the job took about 2 1/2 hours, including set up and breakdown of the equipment.

He arrived on time. After disconnecting the vent hose, he ran a cable with a camera into the vent pipe. The monitor showed a complete blockage. He started at the bottom and then went on the roof and worked from there. It took about 45 minutes. When he was through, he ran the camera up the vent again and it was completely clear. He replaced the hose, pushed the dryer back into place (very tight area) and cleaned up lint that had gotten on the floor. He then gave me an estimate for cleaning our carpets (at my request) and gave me a very reasonable written quote. He was professional throughout. He is the owner and does all work himself. We are extremely pleased with the results. The dryer wouldn't dry anything before the cleaning, now works like new.
