Ben did great work and was responsive when small issues arose.  He handled what appeared to me to be a fairly complicated job - our shower has two walls of water, with multiple valves and trim.  Ben installed all of our Kohler products in our two bathrooms and kitchen.  Everything looks great and works perfectly now.   We plan to have him back to replace our water heater.
