 + 1 moreOf all the people we asked to estimate and bid on an extensive yardwork / landscaping project for our home, K&S was the only one that provided a COMPREHENSIVE response. The estimate was thorough and included a bill of materials as well as a full concept drawing for the entire yard, including potential future phases. The proposal was very detailed and allowed us to "pick and choose" elements that we could do immediately and other elements we might want to defer.This was very nice for two reasons: first, it allowed us to include a few things that we had overlooked given K&S' feedback; and, second, it gave us a much better picture of where we wanted to go over the next few seasons and even years.We plan to have K&S back to do additional work as well as possibly ongoing maintenance once we get the yard where we want it.
Description of Work: Estimate and consultation only. Two visits...one to gather info, take measurments, and take photos. The second to meet with us, review the proposal, and to share concepts and ideas.
