My wife and I are working on purchasing a home built in the mid-1970s. Perry came out to do both a home inspection and radon test. His prices are clearly listed on his website, and we paid exactly what we were quoted. I wanted to walk through the house with Perry to review any potential issues, and he was more than happy to discuss all aspects of the home in detail. He created the inspection report using software on an iPad. The report came out clear and detailed with corresponding pictures in a PDF. I couldn't be happier with a home inspection.
