Within an hour of my Thursday phone call Forrest and his son were in my yard. To minimize the cost they first tried to rod the pipe clear and when that failed they used a sonar system to locate the blockage, correctly diagnosing the problem as a broken, collapsed pipe. Their reading gave them the exact location of the breakage so they did not need to dig up my yard anymore than necessary - about 4' long, 3' wide and 3.5' deep. There was a $200 charge for the problem diagnosis and Forrest gave me a $1750 estimate to fix the problem and to install a cleanout that would facilitate any rodding if bush or tree roots later entered the system. The repair work commenced on Saturday but after several hours it started to rain and the digging had to be stopped. The next day was Sunday - Mothers Day - and I didn't expect Water Works to complete the job that day, but they were back in my yard and several hours later the new pipe and cleanout were in place, buried and my sump pump was reconnected. This company deserves high marks for the quality of their work, great dedication to getting the job done right and looking out for their customers' future needs. If you need tough plumbing work done right call Water Works. They probably do the easy stuff too.

This is my second time using this company. Forrest and his crew replaced my main sewer line last spring and was very reasonably priced and completed the job in a timely manner. My water heater started leaking the other night so I contacted Forrest in the morning to see if he could repair or replace it asap. He came by in-between other jobs to start draining it. Then he returned to put in a new heater. Very competitive prices and very professional. Highly recommended.

BUYER BEWARE! Forrest did not even video camera the secondary sewer line, but put only camera through the secondary sewer line where he mistakenly put the clean out station and I have no record of what the camera saw in that line. Again, I contracted to have the clean out station put in to see the condition of the main sewer and have documentation of it. That did not happen. Forrest does not use a chip card reader for the credit card nor does he swipe card nor does he take your signature. Instead, Forrest took my credit card numbers and uses the numbers as he wants to and in this case not according to the contract. After this happened to me, I read two other nonmember accounts on Angies List where issues occurred with credit card and one where he held onto card. I will insist from now on that my credit card will be used with the chip and my signature only so that I have control of my credit card. I am a 80 year old senior and asked for a senior discount. Forrest replied that he could not do that as he was giving me such a good price for his outstanding good work. Further, I understand that the code is to incase pipe (to enclose in or as if in a case) in stone whereas Forrest put a bed of stone under pipe and shoveled dirt over pipe (instead of stone) after the pipe was inspected and inspector left. Hire again? NO!!! I could list other problems but you get the drift

If you're looking for a reliable, professional, knowledgable, and experienced plumbing crew, Water Works is all you need. After years of flooding basements and unsuccessful rodding out of my house's sewer line, we called Water Works for help.  They used a camera and determined that our pipes were not only infested with enormous tree roots, the main line was also horribly broken and cracked due to the old clay pipes.
While working on the job, Forrest communicated everything that was going on to my husband and me, either in person or by text, including picture updates.  There were many issues with my job, including it being very a very old system and very poorly engineered to begin with (crooked pipes, sewer line directly resting under the water line, unmarked gas valves, etc). Luckily, Forrest has seen it all and knew what to do in every unexpected situation.
The job took slightly longer than anticipated due to these unforseen challenges, but the crew worked constantly and with great diligence until it was done right. They handled all of the work with the city (permits, inspections, etc). and even did an awesome job cleaning up the site when they were finished.
Forrest and his crew could have charged me double for what they ended up having to do, but as a man of integrity, Forrest stayed within his original estimate of the work even though it was much more labor than anticipated. He truly went above and beyond.
From small jobs to large scale jobs, I highly recommend Water Works for all of your plumbing needs.

Nothing but praises for Forrest of Water Works. I phoned them after receiving a couple of other estimates. Forrest was there within hours of my call.. He explained to me, in detail, what was  needed and what he would do. he was very  informative and very knowledgeable..He told me he would do the same thing that two other plumbers told ne they would do but his cost was much more affordable than the others. Forrest had great solutions to other smaller plumbing problems  and took steps to resolve those issues. The crew came in did what they needed to do clean up very well and left a very satisfied customer. I am a customer of Water Works for  life . It is so refreshing to have someone you can depend on that provides very competent, old fashion service. Thank you Water Works and thank you Forrest and crew. . .

Sewage was bubbling up in our driveway. Other estimates for repair were ~$5000 from companies that wanted to reinstall our entire sewer piping. Water works offered $1500 to cut into where the piping left the house, install a clean-out, and see what more work was needed from there.
I called them after hours and they still agreed to come the next day. Showed up 30 min early and worked their butts off for 5 hours to finish the job in a single day (a big deal when you have kids and your toilets are out). They explained what they were doing every step of the way, cleaned up after the job was done, and stuck to their original estimate. Just amazing.

It went wonderful! They do excellent work!! Outstanding! I have used them before. They come with a truck that is equipped with everything they might need for standard and unique plumbing jobs. They are prompt and they did a total clean up after they were finished with their work. While they were here, I had a pipe downstairs that was running slowly and they also were able to replace the pipe for me as well at a reasonable cost.

They got the job done over 3-4 days but they had to wait on the city inspection for part of that which held up the process. They were really good. They sent 2 people out to do the job and they were understanding of what I had to do and what the situation was. They didn’t try to take advantage of me either.

EXCELLENT Service!!! I called Water Works because my kitchen sink drain was not properly draining after another company had been out to fix the drain. Water Works came immediately and resolved the drain quickly. I couldn't ask for better service. The gentlemen that came were extremely professional and quickly identified the problem. Will highly recommend this company!

Very helpful and super responsive.  Came for service the day after my original call.  My diagnosis of issue was incorrect.  To save some cost (much appreciated) they give me some pointers to prep the work area and didn't charge me for that first service call/consultation.  After my prep was done I called again and they came back the same day.  A few hours later everything was working. Couldn't have gone better.  A+.

The work went realy good. Unfortunately, I used Lowes to install a PVC fence and they broke an under ground drain pipe. Once Water Works came out and pulled up the sidewalk they showed my that not only did the contractor break the drain - he filled the drain with cement. Water Works had to come back after the holiday with bigger equipment to break the cement and install a new drain pipe.
Eric Tucker was the one who completed the work and he is super professional. He explained how everything would be handled. He even spoke to Lowes on the phone to tell them exactly how they caused the problem. Forrest Tucker is also very professional.
If you are searching through reviews on which company to use - I encourage you to stop and give them a call immediately. Great people, great prices and excellent services.

I found them on Angie's List and they were a bad experience. I left them to do the work, and then I came back and the work was done. It seemed like everything was fine and I was feeling good so I went in there to double check everything]. I flushed it, and there was water shooting down all over the place. I found the fill pipe just underneath the top, so when anybody flushes the water would be all over the toilet.
