He took forever. Started in June and didn't finish until September. We had to really stay on top of him. That was the thing that kept us from doing the remodeling work because we had heard all of the nightmares. He jumped around from one job to the next. I wouldn't recommend them going forward.

They were very professional when they came out to do the quote. They were punctual. They was very nice. They seemed a little bit concerned about some paper that my daughter in law put up around the window to keep a breeze out from the window originally being installed incorrectly.

He brought everything in and took everything out. I was satisfied with his work. I would recommend him and use him again in the future.

He does all kind of work. He was great. He is an awesome professional. He is very friendly. Cost wise he's better than average. I am certainly pleased with the work performed and I would hire them again.

I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT ALTHOUGH THERE WAS A DELAY IN BEGINNING OF THE PROJECT (SMALL BATHROOM REMODEL), RANDY PROVIDED US WITH WONDERFUL RESULTS WITHIN HIS SPECULATED TIME FRAME. WE ARE QUITE PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME. HE WAS FLEXIBLE, ORGANIZED, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, AND TIDY. HIS WIFE, DAWN, WAS PROMPT IN RETURNING OUR INQUIRY CALLS. ONE WORD OF ADVICE THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND OTHERS FOLLOW (OF COURSE, WE DIDN'T REALIZE IT AT THE TIME SINCE IT WAS OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE IN RENOVATION) IS THAT IF YOU HAVE SPECIFIC IDEAS AND NEEDS FOR FIXTURES, ETC., THOSE EXPECTATIONS SHOULD BE DISCUSSED AT THE FIRST MEETING PRIOR TO THE PRESENTATION OF THE QUOTE - RATHER THAN FACTORING IN UPGRADES LATER. THE PROCESS BECOMES VERY EMOTIONAL, AND NOW I UNDERSTAND THAT DISCUSSION OF THE EXPECTATIONS EARLY ON JUST MAKES SENSE.
