Bob and his son Rob work well together, and treat each other with respect, making them pleasant to be around while they are working. They are also very clean, and leave few traces they were there. We know the service level and professionalism we will experience whenever we call Midnight Plumbing. In this case, they remembered our water heater, and discussing it during a previous plumbing job.

What was really nice is that they came faster than anyone else. It was early in the morning, and they answered the phones. Really good response time. He told me it would self cleaning, and I don't think it is. It doesn't say it's self cleaning, so I assume it's not. He did not put on the safety, so I called the gas company they came out and charged me $40 to $50 to put on the safety. The gas shut off valve blocks the furnace access panel.
