WOODSTOCK LUMBER CO

Ordered a large custom window to replace a damaged window in our home. Paid in full upfront. Was never notified when the window was ready for pick up. When I arrived to pick it up, there was a damaged screen and the warehouse guys said it was shipped incorrectly, as it had no strapping or bracing and was terribly bowed. My contractor looked at the window when I got it home , he called Eric from WS Lumber. Eric came out to see the bowing and said he would warranty the wind regardless and would forward a written statement to my contractor that states as such. Not trusting the window, the installation was delayed. The window did intact develop a crack from top to bottom of one of the panes of glass. Eric was contacted and told that the window failed, we never received the warranty statement, never received the replacement screen and Eric could have cared less that the window is now broken. I explained that the damage was on the inside by the screen, nothing has hit it and the window had not moved since he had seen it in my garage. I will never use this company again, I am out $368.51 on a broken window that is un-installable in my home and still had a broken window on my wall. Eric was very rude when I spoke with him and hung up on me. The guys in the yard knew there were issues with the window and should have never allowed it to leave the yard. It seems that they took advantage of the fact that I am disabled and unable to physically return the window to the store.
