I received Eric's name from The Schluter company, which manufactures a special membrane for waterproofing walk-in showers called Kerdi. I knew I wanted to use this material, but I wanted to make sure that the installer knew the material and the proper installation methods. Eric is very professional and is a perfectionist when it comes to his work. He shows up when he says he is going to and is flexible in his work hours. He also helps out with design features and is willing to give his input on the projects (i.e., which type of grout is best for certain tiles, the width of the grout lines, etc.). He may be a little pricier than others, but it is worth it to get this quality of work.
