 + -1 moreleft laptop in his possession and was given a receipt for same with an expected cost estimate and time table for answer. i received a call just a couple days later with great news that a virus had dsiconnected it internally. a new software program was suggested with no cost to me unless i wish for a deeper analysis of my system. i decided to accept the recommendation and Rob installed it for me. also, repaired the internal mouse pad and everything is fine and dandy! The new software will be manually run by me weekly.
Description of Work: for some unknown reason, my internal mouse scroller stopped working on my HP laptop. Tried to determine what happened myself, but unable to do so. reviewed my local phone book and found The Computer Guy in woodstock. called to establish if my issue could be repaired and received word to bring it in and allow Rob to look at it and determine costs, etc to repair it, I must say both his phone book advertisement as well as his warm and fuzzy feeling on the phone, i was impressed. Took laptop in for repair a few days later and was pleased with analysis.
