left laptop in his possession and was given a receipt for same with an expected cost estimate and time table for answer. i received a call just a couple days later with great news that a virus had dsiconnected it internally. a new software program was suggested with no cost to me unless i wish for a deeper analysis of my system. i decided to accept the recommendation and Rob installed it for me. also, repaired the internal mouse pad and everything is fine and dandy! The new software will be manually run by me weekly.
