Fantastic! Efficient! Quick! Great instructions on how to maintain and answered questions. With the rental, there is no cost for service calls or repairs. I only wish I had done it sooner!

It was very good.  We went with them.  They're a terrific company.  They were very thorough and very knowledgeable; very caring, wanted to make sure I understood everything.

The technician was 15 minutes late. I was not with them in the basement during the install.

Install went very well My Lab was watching everything they did.

Installers showed up on time. They were both extremely friendly. Answered all my questions and worked quickly.

Quality Water in Woodstock was great. I called them on Wednesday morning, had someone out the same day and then I contracted with them to install the water softener. Troy and Nathan came out the next day, explained the process showed me how they had the wrong size piping leading from the old one, upgraded the pipe and explained how everything would work. Very professional, worked quickly and we very nice. If you live in McHenry County and you need a good water softener company that is reasonable price call them, GREAT PEOPLE!!!

Did an okay job. Will not back there work. Do not buy the unit from them. Have had problems since day one. They do not return calls. Had to keep calling them.

Service is prompt, price is reasonable.  My phone calls are answered promptly by someone actually at the company:).  I was most impressed, however, by how familiar they were with various local water providers and water quality in my subdivision.  My water quality is perfect now.  Great local company.  I recommend them without reservation.

It seems to me that all the water equipment seems to have a problem, but they are very quick to come out and service the equipment.

The installations went smoothly.    The provider offered lots of information about both systems and the plans offered for rental versus purchase.  Both service men were extremely polite and pleasant.  After one year I decided to purchase the water softener and remove the filtation system, as I rarely use it.

The two employees that came to my house to install the water softner were the most professional employees I have had perform work at my house EVER!!!!!! NOT KIDDING!!!!!!

the installers installed everything the way they quoted it "Rarely ever find a company that honors their quotes!!!!!!! and when all finished the price was exactly what they quoted "TO THE PENNY"

I WILL USE THIS COMPANY FOR ALL AND ANY WORK I HAVE AS LONG AS THEY ARE IN BUSINESS!!!

Everything went well. We called Quality water 1 yr ago when we first bought house. They came out and were very kind and explained everything. They came back now to install and had all our previous year's info.

The job went very well.  They charge $9 for the first three months and after three months it will be $40.  They were prompt.  They were there when they said they would be there.  They were very courteous.  They were on time and knew what they were doing.  I called them because they've been a trusted company in the community for a long time and somebody told me that they are very good and reliable.  If we had a problem and called them, they would come right away.

They are wonderful. We have a water purification system and they come out every year and change the filters. It's a family owned business and they are very lovely people. They've had the same guys working for them for as long as I can remember, about fifteen years. They have a little machine to test the water, and I'm waiting for the big heavy duty canister, which is expensive, to be repaired, and they said we don't need it yet. They could have easily said that we needed to replace it. They send us a letter and tell us it's time to check our filters and asks when they should come out.

They were clean, on-time, very knowledgeable, friendly, and knocked out the maintenance in about 10 minutes. One of them has been working with softeners for years and it shows. He knew exactly what to do. I will be using this company from now on.

They were always on time and I would personally say you can trust them. I also have nothing bad to say about them, they explain things very well and wrote things down.

Old-fashioned, honest, good people. Installer's quote was reasonable & accurate. Follow up phone call for questions 1 week later was appreciated, but not needed. We were very happy with their work & response to our needs. No hidden costs or "gotchas". Continue to be honest & responsive to customer. Liked the follow up call 1 week after installation. Great company!
