Arrived early after clearing with a telephone call. He laid protective dropcloths from entrance to both work areas. Went right to work moving kitchen furniture, etc. Did a thorough cleaning job, then applied a colored sealer which matched the original grout color.
The owner/operator worked diligently and completed within the estimated time of three hours.
He was very courteous and professional. I'd definitely use again. He provided a satisfaction guarantee.
