Very well. I rained overnight and the seal coating wasn't fully cured so it was damaged. Pagni's came back and re-seal coated the driveway at no charge. Now that's good customer service.

I felt like the lady that I spoke with about getting my driveway serviced was very kind and pleasant to talk to. I also felt like the guys that showed up knew what they were doing, and did a good job on the driveway. However they did a really bad job cleaning up after themselves, I had a stick full of tar and chunks of tar left in the street in front of the driveway (right where they had parked). I also felt like I overpaid compared to other companies, so I would of expected them to do a better job cleaning up after themselves.
