Handyman Service
I contacted Steve Zimmerman, the owner/operator of LTL Building Maintenance after observing his excellent and creative work in installing score board stands and handicapped access in the concrete curbs of our active adult community's bocce ball courts.
I asked Steve if he could install a grab bar in our shower because my wife didn't want me attempting to drill through the tiles and risk breaking them. We made arrangements for him to come the next day.
Steve arrived at the arranged time, set up and completed the grab bar installation. He did it quickly and took steps to ensure the installation mess was completely cleaned up. He then climbed through our garage's attic access, inspected the underside of our roof for evidence of leaks and examined water pipes and vent installations in the attic to see if there were any problems. He noted there were none.
An especially good feature of LTL's service is charging by the job, not an hourly rate.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending LTL Building Maintenance to perform any home repair.
