EDDIE'S LANDSCAPING

We've been working with Eddie for a number of years. We were initially attacted to Eddie's service because of the quality of the mulch we saw in our neighbor's planting beds -- yes, it was love at first mulch! In addition to the quality of Eddie's mulch (this year, we are using a new variety that is supposed to return to its dark, rich color after rain or watering - we're anxious to see how that goes), we appreciate that we can call Eddie's office and there is someone there to answer the phone and take a message or set up an appointment on Eddie's calendar. Eddie, of course, is out in the field. And just as we don't want him interrupted with calls when he's working with us, someone else doesn't want him taking our call when Eddie is working with them. We've had little problem with this communication method.
So, Eddie's got envious mulch and someone to answer the phones. But he also has good design ideas - we've seen him progress in this area over the years - and his crew does good, solid, quality work. They work hard, and they do a fine job. Everyone smiles - especially when I (try to) speak Spanish to them. Yesterday, they checked with me frequently to make sure they were meeting expectations - how much did I want taken off of this tree, what they could do for that, where to place new items - it was like working with a good hairstylist! When Eddie brought a particular lilac that I was less fond of than another, he returned it and brought the one I preferred. Just as the thunder was starting at the end of a hot and humid day and the guys were completing their clean up, I returned home with 2 flats of wax begonias - which the guys promptly planted at my front door.
This will be our first time having Eddie do any paver repair, but our expectations for a quality job are high.

Everything always looks nice and if there is a problem and Eddie is notified he gets it taken care of.

I'm planning on having them back in the spring.very nice.

the service was great. They came when they said they would, didn't make a mess over my property and before they left, they had me take a look and see if the bushes looked good and if anything needed to be done.

It was a big job. The work went extremely well even with the terrible heat we experienced.
