My wife and I were having some upper respiratory issues in our home. We had experienced similar issues years back that turned out to be mold on our windows. However, this time we couldn't figure it out. We contacted EC2 and spoke with Ed who provided some great advice over the phone. Once we had explored the areas we discussed on our own, we felt it best to bring Ed out for a more thorough consultation.
Ed worked with our schedules so both my wife and I could be there. He was on time and very nice. We walked the entire home discussing a variety of small issues he thought could be causing our asthma type issues. He took the time to explain things in great detail but in a way that anyone could understand. He also didn't make it seem like the world was going to end. He provided some clear recommendations on tasks we could perform ourselves and if our issues didn't go away we knew what the next level of consultation would entail.
What he recommended worked very well and we are issue free. I would highly recommend EC2 for any type of indoor air quality consulting. He's very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and well priced.
