 + -1 moreHe dragged the project for a year, and left the unfinished construction site. He drew money from the title company fraudulently without submitting the waivers and the invoices. He also didn't pay his subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, etc.
Description of Work: I signed a contract with John Schfefke Jr to construct a 3200 sq. foot building in Villa Park.
