Bella Mold Removal

Company is very thorough and honest. I felt comfortable having them in my home. The finished project was than I could have imagined. I would definitely recommend there services.

Contract was signed at $3,500, half was provided up front, work was not completed on time, work not completed at all as there was still mold in the area's that it was supposed to be removed. Further more no change orders were provided but the bill went up to $17,000 and did not receive proper 60 days notice for a mechanics lien, unprofessional documentation and business practices. Conversations with the owner was impossible, he is unreasonable. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

The whole crew was professional, highly-skilled and expedient. I would highly recommend them.

Bella T. Did a wonderful job with mold remediation in my home. I highly recommend them. They were always on time, professional and easy to get ahold of when I had questions. They made a horrible situation a lot more tolerable as I felt I could trust them to fix my home.

Dominic was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding the process for me. The lead tech (Adam) did an excellent job and maintained a great level of communication with me. Hopefully I'll never have another mold issue but if I did I would hire Bella T again.

Bella T did an excellent job at mold removal. They did it quickly and cleanly. There is now no trace of mold and their customer service was phenomenal!

I think the work was done too fast. They were called back to complete the job. The quality of the work originally was not what I expected, and that was the reason they were contacted to correct the imperfections in the finishing work. The actual "restoration" work was messy, I think they could have done a better prep job. But I believe the work needed to clean the walls, wood, flooring was done as plan. Since I never had this type of work done before, I didn't know what to expect. Phone conversations and texts to main contact were drawn out, during the holidays. Courteous but not beneficial. Took care of the mold and clean up but finishing work will need to be finished by me this spring as quality was not good.

They are very professional and do incredible work. I would hire these guys again, hopefully I won't need to.

Great work. everything was done as expected. no surprises. workers went above and beyond to make my ceiling repairs, mitigation and re-insulation as non intrusive as possible. Communication between owner and crew was slightly lax but all in all it was a great experience working with Dom and his crew. Would recommend them to anyone with issues such as ours.

This was a small nasty job for which I had difficulty finding a company to do. The Bella team was very responsive -- came out the next day and did a great job. They walked me through what was to be done and did it. I was very pleased with the service and work.

they were pretty fast once we got passed dealing with the insurance company. i am very satisfied with there work and their friendliest.

DO NOT HIRE THEM! They did not complete the services they were hired to do, yet charged me for those services. They left equipment at my house for over a week that they were charging me a rental fee for because of other emergencies on their part and then charged me for that entire time - when they couldn't remove them. They charged me for work I had done. They charged me for equipment that was never used. They told me they would work directly with the insurance company, which really meant, I wouldn't see the bill and call them out on their gross inaccuracies on the bill.

They were efficient and very effective in getting this project done. The crew was very professional and the supervisor came by several times to check in on their work. They took the stress away from dealing with getting this project done. Great price, fair pricing and they really want to make the customer happy. Thanks Bella T for your hard fast turnaround.

these guys are the best. Took care of the entire problem, that involved many internal and external repairs and mold removal. They also helped me to get insurance payments.

Professional - Experienced - Timely

They removed the mold and toxicity and repaired as promised. The work was done very well. However, we are still waiting to be contacted for the completion of the master bathroom shower which we purchased on 05/11/14 due to the correct size needed. Once the job is complete my rating will change to all 5.0 Good company to work with.
