I was very pleased with the getting it installed right away and what I wanted and they were very good on price.  I had one problem and I don't know if is going to be resolved or not.  There was one thing that had to be done at the end, they took the woodwork off and when they put it back on it just re-nailed it but they didn't touch it up.  I guess they use caulk for that and I have called the owner back who is also the installer and he said he would take care of that but hasn't been able because all of the work he's got so far.  That's why I was hesitating to submit that one because I don't really know how it's going to come out on that final little detail.  But other than that they were very good.  And they did everything on time like they said they would.
