We had a large POD that we needed help to unload a few pieces of heavy furniture. After calling multiple services for "labor only" estimates, we decided on Success Moving for being within our budget. I communicated with the owner, Vitalie. After explaining my needs and the complexity of not knowing exactly what time our POD was going to be dropped off, he assured me that his team would be able to complete the job and be flexible to the timing. I was a little nervous for a few reasons: they are not a "big" moving company (College Hunks, Two man in a truck etc.) and we desperately needed to get the POD unloaded so I was going off of his word that they would show up. Vitalie stayed in communication with me as I kept him updated on our "POD window". His team (Dan and Nick) called when they were on their way and very punctual! They worked quickly and efficiently! They handled our heavy items carefully. Nick and Dan were also very professional and respected the "no shoes" on carpet policy! In short, we were VERY pleased with their services and happy that we put our trust in this company! We would definitely recommend Success Moving and will use them in the future!
