Great! Did a fantastic job on the installation of frameless shower doors three years ago. When we recently had a problem with the shower door handle, they took care of it immediately. Even though it was no fault of theirs, they stood behind the product 100%. Definitely recommend and would use again.

The actual work performed was very good.  Our installer was phenomenal - he did a great job and was very careful and thorough.  There was a hiccup with one of the furniture tops - it was measured correctly, but cut incorrectly, so they had to return with the corrected glass a few days later.
Administratively, dealing with this company was not great.  We called for our initial quote. He said that they would call when they had installers in the area.  The next Saturday, two guys just show up with no call.  Luckily we were home and were able to let them in to measure.  They said that they'd call back with an exact quote so that we could schedule the work.
10 days went by with no call.  I called back to ask about it, and the guy looks up my file and asks, "what days will you be home so that I can get someone out to measure?" I told him that they had already been out, that I was just waiting for the quote.  He didn't even really apologize for the oversight, but called us back within 5 minutes with the final cost.  We got the work scheduled, and as mentioned above, the quality of the end product was great.
I would definitely use Rite-Way again because of the product & installation, but would make sure to stay on top of them during the initial contacts, because they don't seem very organized.

The workers were prompt and worked diligently to remove the broken window and replace it, even though the original was hard to remove.  They did not complain and were very nice and professional.  They cleaned up afterwards as well. The work was excellent and I am very happy with the results.

Very professional.  The quality was excellent and we were very happy with the style of the door.  It was very easy to work with these guys.  They exceeded my expectations on timing, the door was complete a few days before I was expecting it.  Also, a few weeks later it needed a minor adjustment (due to the humidity in our house-it swells) and they came out free of charge to adjust it.  No issues since...we love our new door!

I needed to have a section window in a bow window replaced or have to replace the whole window which I knew was cost prohibitive right now. Bill from Rite Way Glass Company came, measured the window and within 2-3 weeks, had a new window made to match the others. They did a great job and were very tidy. The installer put a tarp down in the house so no dirt would be tracked into the house. The entire job was finished in no time to my great satisfaction. The procedure probably saved me $4,000. Good to have used them.

Rite-way arrived on time to install the new shower door. They were very neat, courteous, professional. It took about an hour for them to install the new shower door and it looked great when they were done. The installers gave us advice on how to care for the door before leaving. We were very happy with the quality of the work.

We had to choose between regular glass and low iron (less green) which is more expensive and they made sure we knew how each would look in our house via some samples.   We chose the low iron and are very happy with the choice. 

We needed a new shower door as part of a master bathroom remodeling project.  We decided on a 60 inch wide bypass door with 3/8 inch thick glass doors and brushed Nickel finish on the frame.  Rite-Way provided a Basco  shower door that met these specifications at the lowest price we could find, either locally or in the Internet.  The installer showed up at the appointed time.  The door is high quality, and the fit and finish on the installation were excellent.  We recommend Rite-Way as a source of shower doors.

Replaced a storm window on an over-sized picture window. Friendly when I called for an estimate. Arranged for a home visit/measure immediately. Showed up as promised. Explained job and answered questions. Delivered as promised. Neat, cleaned up site. Small job but I liked their attitude and would use again.
