OLSON RUG & FLOORING

I contacted this provider about carpet repair/stretching.  They installed the carpet appx 10 years ago and after 5 years, the carpet had severely buckled in just about every room. I initially left a message and heard back the same day.  The representative I spoke to advised me she would obtain a quote and call me back (I provided multiple numbers she could reach me at).  After appx a week went by and I had not heard back, I called and left another message. Another week passed with no response, so I again called and left another message. I ended up leaving four messages and never received a response.  In the end however, it worked out in my favor as I was able to find a different vendor who completed the work timely and did a great job!

We had furniture that had to be moved and installers took care of that for a price that was added to the cost of the rug. They were very careful moving the furniture. The installation looks excellent. But they managed to scrape every base board which I had to refinish. Luckily I had used a tung oil and was able to apply it easily. They also managed to scrape a newly painted wall with a tool in their pocket. Also easily fixed by me. They were really nice fellows and finished the job in about 4-5 hours. We went with the high end padding which makes the rug even more comfortable.
