It was a safe, quiet, and family friendly complex. They did background checks on everyone who applied for a unit. Those with anything more than a traffic violation could not get an apartment. The rent was reasonable for our three bedroom apartment. When services were required, their maintenance staff was very quick to come out and make repairs. There is a grade school that is right on the other side of the complex, well within walking distance, which is great for those with children such as myself.
