"Well, there are always 2 sides to every story, I guess its up to the potential customer reading the review to decide for themselves. First off, Im sorry you feel that your experience was so horrible with us, thank you at least for the A's in Responsiveness and Punctuality. As seen by all of our previous reviews, we go above and beyond for our customers, as we did with you Miss [member name removed]. Unfortunately, there are some details which we disagree on, and others completely omitted which we believe prospective customers should be made aware of. We will not argue about anything, we do not do that; without our customers, we are nothing and we do everything we can to keep them. 1. We let every customer know on the initial call, when we do a rodent job that any follow up needed will be $40, usually to rebait after the initiail and remove any dead rodents in traps. We keep this follow up low and at a fair price. Some customers dont need the follow up, some do. We never tell anyone that a "follow up is included" and we never hide the fact that we do charge a minimal amount to come back out. 2. On your two follow up visits (Yes, including the one that I came out and you asked me "How much is it for today?" and I told you, as you yourself stated "This one is on me.") 4 of us spent over 4 hours removing 18 mice and 3 chipmunks. This was nothing less than a SEVERE infestation, one that any other pest control company would have easily taken advange of and changed your pricing a whole lot higher. We dont do that to our customers. When we give them a price, thats the price, unless we revise it down. Not only did we keep the price quoted you, I even waived the $40 charge for my visit to your home, even though you neglected to inform the girls before we came out that you had unsuccessfully had 3 other pest control companies out who were unable to get the severe infestation under control. 3. On the third and final visit to your home, you left half way through the service. The techs informed your husband there was a $40 follow up fee and asked him if he wanted to pay it now or just bill you for it. He stated that he would like it billed, signed the receipt marked BILL and the techs left. Lastly, when the girls called you to take care of the $40 payment for the follow up visit, you were screaming at them, which I sat across the room and heard from there, they put you on hold, explained the situation to me and I told them to let you know we would be willing to just waive the follow up fee (as you stated in your own review), that it wasnt worth an angry customer, and that the customer is always right. The rest of it, I leave up to potential customers to decide now that the omitted facts are out there, and we do wish you well in finding a good pest control company who can accomodate your needs."
Everyone was very friendly and pleasant to deal with, including the office personnel.
We are very happy with their service. They came out when they said they would, and charge us what they quoted on the phone.
