In the spring of 2012 Martino Concrete removed my existing driveway, prepped the area and poured a new concrete driveway. the following spring the driveway had numerous pop outs, the surface was scaling and flaking and the joints were crumbling. At that point Martino and Prairie Materials came out to inspect the driveway and they told us that what was occurring was normal and it should not worsen. Over the next year the condition of the driveway has worsened substantially. John from Martino Concrete has told us that something is wrong with the concrete he received from prairie and that he has numerous customers who are having this problem. At this point I want my driveway replaced but Martino Concrete is passing the blame to Prairie Materials. We have no recourse as far is Prairie is concerned since our contract was with Martino Concrete. We continue to call Martino and every time he has some story about how he is waiting to hear from Prairie.
