Mark was recommended by the piano dealer who sold me the piano originally. I have used his services many times. He sent me his annual reminder about tuning my piano. We made an appointment. He showed up promptly and worked for over 1 hour, tuning the piano. He didn't rush; he takes his time. He is very meticulous in his work. I will definitely use him again.

KISER MARK WAS VERY QUICK TO CALL US BACK TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE THE WORK DONE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE WORKINGS AND REPAIRS OF THE PIANO.
