From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we found the best solution for our home and budget. He patiently answered all of our questions and took the time to thoroughly explain the options, making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to customer service, and Jeremy truly made a difference. I highly recommend Leslie Heating and Cooling.

Our technician, Zach, arrived as scheduled and provided me with a list of actions he was prepared to perform regarding the routine maintenance of our furnace. After completing maintenance of the furnace, Zach provided a summary of the items he performed and a list of further options available. This is just another small example of the high quality of service we have been accustomed to receiving from Leslies Heating and Cooling.

Antione Was a very good technician. We troubleshoot the issue for a little bit and decided it was the gas valve. He was able to put it on perfectly and thankfully I have hot water now. We definitely recommend Leslie heating cooling and electric to my neighbors.

Called Leslie Around 9:30 and by 10:30 and an appointment confirmation. Anthony H. was fantastic - polite, friendly, and hard working. He quickly figured out we needed a new blower on the outside unit, went over the options and ordered the part. He ran to pick it up and had us back up and running fewer than 6 hours after making the original call. I was very impressed.

Marc!! Wow! What a wonderful humble human being, and a blessing from God! Leslie should be very proud of his work ethics. The fact they hired a young man like Marc who has great integrity, honesty and kindness, indicates to me that Leslie Heating and Cooling must operate in the same way. He won't overwhelm you with info, AND he will take the time needed to help you understand what he has explained. He has such incredible patience!
