KOZ HARDWOOD FLOORING

Took about 1-1/2 Days. Floors look Great. John came by the night before to show us a few different floor color options. he even stained a couple pieces of scrap wood so we could see what the colors would look like. This is the second time we've used Koz and wouldn't hesitate to use them a third time.

3 days of  one week  were required to remove carpet, install hardwood, stain, and urethane for one-half the job. Worked from 8 to 5 each day. We moved the furniture to the completed rooms and the other half of the job was done the next week. On time every day with plastic over hallways and doorways to protect rooms not being done from sawdust. Good vacuum clean-up. Worked hard to match existing hardwood in kitchen. When called for a difference in finish ( satin urethane was not quite the same in all rooms) from new can of urethane, responded and came THAT SAME NIGHT to correct. BEST PRICE FOUND - EXCELLENT JOB WAS DONE.
