Very good. The sales experience at Home Depot was fine. They were patient with me and I was patient with them. Once the sales transaction was completed the communication regarding measurement and installation was very good and everything was done in a timely manner. Of course HD sub-contracts the carpet work but in any event it was excellent. One man completed the job in about an hour. Punctual and professional. There was a slight glitch on my end because he had to remove a door which I hadn't thought would be necessary. But he never even hinted at it being an issue or a problem. We were very pleased and I would certainly use them again based on this experience.
