Description of Work: Re finished 103 year old Lake House in Lake Geneva. Innstalled copper gutters.Repainted Stucco, installed and finished teak front porch, built by hand and installed working exterior shutters. Hand made wood architectural elements to replace missing 103 year old elements. Installed hand built exterior door and window frames for enhancement of age. Refinished 103 doors exterior with 9 coats of paint that had to be removed. When it was finished people thought it was a new house.

Description of Work: I had a leak in the kitchen& dining area. the roof is about 16 years old so we was thinking i may need a whole new roof but was told by Dan that it was my vents may be the problem so we let him do that work changed the 3 vents new matching shingles around vents and recaulked along wall & fascia on front of house

 + -1 moreDanube Decorators did the demolition first. The construction was done in phases do to high end fixtures and problems with for example getting the wrong exhaust fan delivered. It stops work but that is a must because you want it done perfect. Ed would come back or send workers to do various hookups, plumbing, electrical etc..... Overall it took two months but the result was impressive. He always does what is correct and what the homeowner wants. His motto is "anything for you." This was the fifth time we used him. We started using him on a Lake house remodel in Lake Geneva WI that turned out excellent in 2004. He has experts working for him. He is the only contractor I allow in my houses when no one is home. My dog even trusts him - a Doberman Pinschur.
Description of Work: Ed Blazicek is the owner. He is so professional that on the work outside of the house, he would call and apologize because of rain. He would actually be apologetic that he couldn't work during rain storms. His company Danube Decorators did the full demolition and remodel of our kitchen with Sub Zero, Wolf, Fischer Peykel, Miele built in coffemaker, lighting, under cabinet xenon lighting and other high end fixtures. We got five stars on HGTV rate it. We have our dream kitchen.
