Flooring
Requested a quote, and they were prompt to provide that, and were flexible to meet. After I had committed, I paid the deposit for 50% of the material that was quoted to do the job for the new flooring. When they arrived, they only did the buff. They did not have the flooring to complete the job.
After numerous phone calls and attempts to resolve, a lot of broken promises, and then calls stopped being answered. Ultimately, the deposit was never returned. A complaint was filed with the BBB, but since they aren't accredited, there was no help.
Use at your own risk, and what ever you do, don't give them a deposit....
