Excellent work. Ted is prompt, focused and very professional. We had him rod our floor drain, only to discover shortly thereafter the problem was the main line. He made the second trip cheerfully, professionally and did a very clean and thorough job. We are fans of A-Keveloh Plumbing!

It's never a good start to the day when water is pouring out from underneath your sink.  I looked up plumbers on Angie's List and called A-Keveloh Plumbing, Inc.  A very friendly and helpful person answered the phone and a plumber was able to come out within 30 minutes of my call.  The plumber was professional, fast and explained to me what he was working on.  It was not only great service but an education on a plumbing issue as well.  I would absolutely use this company in the future.

I called and left a message as I got their ans. machine to say I needed to replace my water heater. I did not hear from them that day so called them back the next day. I talked to them on Friday and they said they would talk to their workers and see what was available. They called me Monday and set up my appointment on the day I requested. They asked if there was anything unusual about doing the work and I said they would have to move the washing machine to work on it. I was given a price quote. The worker came out and did the work and also replaced my piping/valve per my request. On top of the original quote of $790.00, it was $97.00 more for the valve and moving the washing machine. The worker was on time and professional, and cleaned up after himself.

As has been true every time that I've done business with A-Keveloh Plumbing:

1. - the person doing the work showed up on time,
2. - they were very polite,
3. - they allowed me to observe, question and opine, thus teaching me along the way,
4. - they did the job right,
5. - they charged a fair price.

I have never been disappointed with Keveloh’s service.

I called to ask for a quote to relocate a gas line. The receptionist/scheduler/owner sent out Ted the next day, and I was pleased with the quote and scheduled the work for the next business day.
Ted showed up on time and very promptly set to work on the project. He did a great job in very short order. Very friendly and helpful.

We contacted A-Keveloh during a busy period of widespread flooding to replace a damaged water heater. A plumber showed up same day and did professional work.

Called for service, explained issue with faucet. Made appointment. Came on time, very knowledgeable and quickly fixed the problem. Good company.

The technician was on time and courteous. He fixed a problem in our basement. The sump pump exhaust hose was poorly connected to the outside of our house and kept coming disconnected inside our basement. The technician fixed that just fine and it is still working properly 3 weeks later, however, he did go outside and disconnected an extension that he said shouldn't be out there in the winter. About 10 days after he was there, we did have a very heavy rainstorm which because the extension was removed from the outside of the building did result in some seepage into our basement. So, while he did fix the original problem he was supposed to, he kind of created a new one outside, which was fixed after my husband reconnected the extension outside.

I was very pleased. The shower is working again and my repair to the wall was minimal.

The guy who came was very professional and didn't try to sell me anything else. I had an issue with the garbage disposal sitting under the sink. He did a good job of getting it in there; I thought that I would have to return that garbage disposal and buy another one. He was good in making it work and was prompt. He got the work done right away. What I liked the most is that, when you call to set up an appointment, there's a lady, I forgot her name, picks up the phone and is always so nice. They always do their best to get you in right away. The garbage disposal wasn’t a crisis but they were able to get me in right away and I didn't have to wait for a week to get the new garbage disposal in. I actually had other plumbers report and I know they are a little bit higher in price, but I liked them better. They are not the cheapest out there but I think others are also expensive.

Plumber explained process and probable causes of clog. He was thorough in troubleshooting: rodded both pipes that ran to differen areas of the house and into the main sewer line that drains into the city sewer. Plumber explained options and gave us the choice to continue or not. Plumber used an industrial strength rodder with chopping claws at the head of the rodder. Worked like a charm. Plumber also repaired a toilet seal and unclogged water backup into the tub (caused by cleanout 'junk' loosened and traveled to the tub).

We haven't been billed so far because we are looking for parts. It depends on what the job is and they are not out of line. We used his father and the son and they have been around for a long time. We have never had any problems with them and I we think that their prices are competitive. I can't say anything bad about them.

After numerous plumbing issues in my home, I called to inquire about having the company rod out the drains. The came the same day and performed the service within an hour. Service was performed quickly and efficiently much to my satisfaction. They called the next day to see that everything was still performing satisfactorily and to let me know that as a first time customer I would be given a $10 reduction in the cost.

The afternoon that my counters were finished, I found out the person I planned to do my plumbing was not able to complete all of the work. I was given A-Keveloh's name and they were able to come out the next day. Ted did a great job on everything!!
