The work was perfect. He is very fast and very cooperative. I was buying the house and needed to do everything quickly so he did it and sent a report back on the same day. He did a good job and actually he wasn't expensive. I checked with a couple of people and he was the least expensive. I called the guy and he came on the same day. After I've settled the problem with the raccoon, I'm going to call him back for sure.
