Formerly a Rainbow franchise, now independent but still owned and operated by the same family for as long as we've been using them, which is now 4-5 times over 10+ years.  As pet owners and parents of young children, we've seen too many stains that we thought were surely permanent.  But A-Plus has always left our carpeting - plush nylon and berber (olefin) in the basement - looking as new as possible.  They have also cleaned upholstered furniture on a few occasions and produced the same results.
This is precisely the kind of local, family owned business you want to support.  A-Plus is friendly, communicative, punctual, neat, professional and thorough.  Again, I first called them over 10 years ago.  It's never occurred to me to call anyone else since.
