 + -1 moreRarely have we found a firm that does such excellent work and has such a positive work ethic. They have maintained the same price throughout the ten years we have worked with them. Though the project is complex, and sometimes all building residents must park away from their garage and driveway spaces, Quality Restorations works steadily to get them back in their spaces in a brief time span. The project has eliminated design flaws present since the buildings were constructed and we are very pleased with the results. Communication is great and we have asked the firm to do all of our structural repairs. This is one case where we never go out for bids, as we are completely satisfied with our long relationship with Quality Restorations.
Description of Work: We are nearing the end of a project that began in 2005 and is expected to end in 2015. By next year, the firm will have replaced 148 structural supports in our garages, beneath the penthouse units.
