Knack Electric LLC

I was given knack electric's phone number by a coworker who said their service and honesty was spot on. Just before thanksgiving my smoke detectors kept tripping the circuit breaker. I called them and explained my problem, he asked a few questions about what was happening. he asked if I would like for him to come immediately since he said it was a life safety thing, I agreed. When he arrived 2 hours later he began looking for the problem. He found it in like 20 minutes. He said the circuit was being shared by my sump pump and informed me that was not to code. I told him I had the side of my basement with the sump pump finished a few years ago. He had to pull new wires and put a new circuit breaker in. When he finished I asked him if he could look at the outlet in my bathroom. We decided to replace the gfi outlet that I had purchased for my son to install. The gentleman I dealt with was very nice and neat. I will call them from now on.
