The best, period. Derrick knows his stuff, and didn't come in with generic one size fits all plan. He assessed the situation, opened up walls, and gave us all the possible options on how to proceed. He did everything he said he would do and more, for an extremely reasonable price. He even worked around our schedule when another contractor made some errors that set us back a few weeks. Honest, very knowledgable, and very fair pricing. Big name service without big name pricing. He's the only guy I call now.
