Gizmo cleaning Service.

Those ladies had the house sparkling top to bottom! They do a great job, use the cleaners we want them to use, do what we ask to be done (ie: don't always need the entire house taken care of). We certainly recommend them, and continue to be happy customers.

Great! Petra was fine with my need to reschedule a couple times. On the appointed day, the 2 ladies were prompt and worked hard at the tasks we discussed, asking for clarification when needed. This was a post-construction cleaning, so floors, doors, baseboards, windowsills & all furniture surfaces had to be cleaned. They also cleaned my bathroom and got gunk out of the grout I had never been successful removing completely.

I got her contact through Angie's list. She told me not to buy the deal through the Angie's list website, and said she would offer the same and that I may not require all the four hours. She first postponed the appointment as she was sick, this was okay with me. She came with a young girl who was very polite and sweet but the lady herself was extremely rude. She sweared and used inappropriate words and I am not satisfied with her work. She charged me much more than she said it would be. On Angie's list the offer is 4 hrs for 100, but she denied the same. I was going through a lot of stress and had a recent heart attack, and didn't have the courage to fight her attitude. However, I feel very bad about how she dealt with me.

They were wonderful. It went very well. The service was very efficient. The maid, she was good.  When she came, she was pretty much negotiable like whatever I wanted to have done, she did it. Because we were on time constraints and I needed certain things done and other things I did not need, she catered to what I needed and the work she did, she was very thorough. She was friendly and professional as well. I was highly satisfied.   

THE CLEANING WENT OK BUT THE OWNERS ATTITUDE IS BAD. I USED HER ONCE THEN I WENT INTO THE HOSPITAL JUST GOT OUT SO I COULD NOT USE HER FOR AWHILE SO I CALLED TODAY TO START BACK UP AND SHE SAID IM NOT COMMING OUT ANYMORE BECAUSE YOU DID NOT ANSWERE MY 2 LEFT MSGS THATS INSANE I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL HOW COULD I HAVE HER COME TO CLEAN.. BAD ATTITUDE VERY BAD

Gizmo Cleaning service did a wonderful job. I am very particular as to how and what needs cleaning. Once they were done I check the places that they might have missed, but did not. Everything was clean to or above my expectations. Will use them again.

It went amazing. I was thrilled with the state of the house when I came home from work. Everything was spotless. A wonderful job on the part of the maid service.

Before I purchased the deal, I sent an email asking if Gizmo worked in Carol Stream and they said yes. I then purchased the deal which was - $270.00 for 12 labor-hours with 2 workers (6 hours each) for a deep housecleaning; make special request upon scheduling Petra responded promptly. and we scheduled a date. A few days later I was called out of town unexpectedly so had to call to reschedule. Petra was very agreeable and we set a new day. On the scheduled day the women arrived promptly, I explained what needed to be done and they set to work right away. I was 100% satisfied with all they accomplished during the time they were there. They did all I requested and then some, everything was “spic and span.” I am now at the senior citizen stage of life and not able to do all I used to do and I sincerely appreciated the help of Gizmo’s Cleaning Service!

Great flexibility in scheduling. The girls that arrived were professional, energetic, polite and enthusiastic. It was nice to see smiles when doing tasks that are not always fun! They did a great job. I am going to contact company to schedule bi -monthly cleaning.

The best service ever. Gizmo cleaning is cleaning for us for last 2 plus something years. With a large dog we need deep cleaning at least once a month, the feeling after they leave is priceless. Love them, they are professional and flexible with my crazy schedule.

We've had Gizmo clean our home now for more than 5 years and Petra and her girls are very professional and have become part of our family. They are usually here for three hours or so depending on how much mess we've made of the place. Our wood floors have never looked better and our bathrooms sparkle. They oil our kitchen stone countertops and clean our range every week. They also do as much of our weekly laundry as they can in the time they are here. (Sometimes they have to leave a load for us to put in the dryer, especially on those days when the house requires more attention.) We've had other housecleaners, but none compared with Gizmo's quality. We travel some and Petra has always been very willing to change her schedule to accommodate us, as much as she can. My wife says "Petra's the woman that saved our marriage" since we never argue about who-needs-to-clean-what! I can't speak highly enough of Gizmo. When you have someone come into your home every week you need to be able to trust them. Petra has even helped us out of a flood or two when we've been away and she is a trusted member or our family.
