Duct Cleaning Group

Disappointed. I hired another service to do the job properly a month later. The ducts were not cleaned properly at all. I was told they would use a different process. They simply hooked a boss to the vents and that was it.

It was fantastic. Kevin was so professional and polite. He explained the entire process and answered all my questions very patiently! All of my vents were cleaned extremely well, and I will absolutely be using the Duct Cleaning Group again next year! I'm so appreciative of his service, especially going above and beyond with helping me get my new thermostat set up too!

Lots of hidden charges..watch out!!! When I spoke with them on the phone to schedule the service they said they charge by the duct and for one "main trunk" line. They did not mention a "sublet fee", a travel charge, or a cutting fee. They also charged me for 4 trunk lines (not main) and one air handler boot. The other services seemed more expensive but in the end Duct Cleaning Group cost me more. When I called the office to complain about these hidden charges -- no one called me back. This is not what I would expect from an Angie's List provider.

They were very rude. They wanted to sell me more services and when I refused they made a comment that it was a waste of a trip. I would never recommend because their equipment is mediocre at best. I have had my vents cleaned before professionally with equipment which was 10X better than what they had.  All they did was stick a large vacuum hose to my vent and turned it on.  The other company I used actually suction hoses all the way through the venting system.  This is why I would not pay for any additional services from them.

It went great and I was very pleased with the cleanup afterwards.

Aurelio did an excellent job with a first-time cleaning/sanitizing  with great service-oriented attitude.

It was fine. It was more expensive than I expected just because they did a lot of upselling. Other than that, the work was fine. They were a B because it wasn't cleaned properly and because of the amount of additional cost.

Aurellio was very knowledgable and did a great job in cleaning our air vents. Smelled like we just moved in to a brand new house after he was done. Great job! Will definitely call these guys again.

They were late by an hour but made up with a 10% off on the total invoice.

Went well despite my unique set up. They worked around several issues and cleaned up after very nice.

The guys were great, very personable and professional.  I was shocked to see the amount of work they suggested I needed (around $800) and they made several calls back to their headquarters to see what deals I could get.  After some negotiation we were able to get the cost down to about $500 which I couldn't afford at the time, so I just went ahead with the basic air blasting of the ducts.  It really did help with the air-flow, they had good recommendations on opening/closing certain vents so rooms could get more air.

Fantastic  - professional, efficient job!

They were great.  All I really cared about is they did a good job and made it safe.  It was my daughter's place and my husband actually handled it so I wasn't actually there.  They were very knowledgeable.

Service was as promised, driver was on time and left no mess behind.
