Quick and good quality job, at a reasonable price.

Please do not hire this man! He ruined my expensive new laminate flooring. He was insistent that i hire him and not to call others from the Home Advisors list. He did a terrible job. He fixed his mistakes with caulk and cut little pieces to fill in gaps. I went through arbitration and won. He has not paid me my $668 to have someone come in and fix his mistakes. He also go cement on my clean white trim and doors! Why is the man still getting referrals from Home Advisors. They claim they were going to take him off the list.

Victor and his assistant repaired my wood window by removing the rotten sill and part of the bottom sash and replacing each one with new woodwork cut to size on the spot. Then everything was caulked and painted. They thoroughly cleaned up both the interior and exterior of the house after they were done. It looks like new. The work was completed in 5 hours. And by the way Victor is a very pleasant person to work with. I cannot give 5 stars because upon my inspection I had to tell Victor that his assistant missed some caulking and painting on the new woodwork and painted an interior frame piece that had no reason to be painted. Victor promptly returned and fixed the problems. Victor himself did 2 other window repairs by replacing 2 sills with new wood, then caulked and painted. No problems.

Repaired a number of casement windows and replaced 15 window panes. Victor did a good job, he knows what he's doing. Price was fair.

Reasonable pricing...didn't feel like I was overcharged. Not a huge issue, but the only thing I would say as opportunity for improvement would be communication on timing. The work was done ahead of schedule, but I didn't know the worker was coming until the morning of the install of my new window. Had to quickly make arrangements to be available. But overall, I would recommend this company. Job was done professionally and the cleanup with no leftover debris of the broken window.

Victor did a fabulous job with my project. He gave us up-front pricing and stayed within budget. He completed the work on time. He did everything that we asked him to do and even went above and beyond. He was creative in his approach to a challenging part of the project but handled it with nimble aplomb. vic is very personable, very neat and professional being that the window which was repaired is a sealed type will have to wait a season to see if all is well, i think so

The work done was not good. The window sash was fixed but poorly painted. The screens that were fixed did not fit well. The worker broke one of my blinds. And finally the worker unplugged my DEEP FREEZE to plug in his equipment and did not bother to plug it back in. STEER CLEAR.

He did work hard and was very nice but his work was not done well. He did not properly do the wood work. It did not look professional. The cuts were off, there is glue everywhere. There is a big nic on the flooring where he kept his tools and nics on the baseboard. The nails are sticking out.

Victor took care of various projects around the house, including new windows, new tile and vinyl flooring, new drywall installation, and rotten wood replacement and painting. He does quality work with reasonable prices. We considered him the all around go-to guy. We trust him and his work. We would use him again if any other projects come up.

Victor was prompt and did a great job. He takes pride in his work and it shows. I would use him again and I recommend him to anyone needing a window repair. Very reasonable prices.

Very good communications

Came out and repaired a few broken window panes from a bad storm. Quoted on Wednesday and came back and completed the job the next day. Very nice to work with and did quality work. I would recommend for similar jobs.

I would never hire the man again

They were super reliable. They showed up on time, neat and polite. They did what they said they would. Delivered all news to me directly good or bad.

Came out and measured 1/2 circle window over sliders and returned 10 days later with replacement. Install was great and price was extremely fair compared to other quotes I received. I would highly recommend.

They were knowledgeable and quick

Very polite and professional, came up with a good solution at a reasonable quote. Showed on time next day and finished their work leaving the area clean and tidy.

Their price was reasonable, but they finished in a hurry and that resulted in a less than ideal finish.

This company worked as fast as possible, did a thorough job, as long as it took and the final result is excellent.
