 + -1 moreWHILE THEY WERE THERE, THEY WERE THOROUGH AND FRIENDLY. I BELIEVE THEY WERE RUNNING BEHIND SCHEDULE AND THIS CAUSED SOME THINGS LEFT A LITTLE UNDONE. COMSTAR WAS MORE THAN FLEXIBLE ABOUT COMING BACK TO MAKE EVERYTHING RIGHT. THEY DID NOT CHARGE FOR LABOR ON THE RETURN VISITS.
Description of Work: MY MONITORING SYSTEM RECEIVED A LOW BATTERY SIGNAL SO COMSTAR CAME OUT TO CHECK MY MAIN BATTERY PACK. WHILE THEY WERE THERE, I ASKED THAT THEY ALSO VERIFY THAT THE ALARM ZONES WERE ALL CORRECTLY MARKED. IN DOING SO, WE ENDED UP CHECKING ALL BATTERIES ON INDIVIDUAL UNITS. THEY ENDED UP HAVING TO RETURN TWO MORE TIMES BECAUSE OF SIGNALS GOING OFF AFTER THEY HAD LEFT.
